Naveen Jain
CEO
Naveen has 30+ years of diverse experience across functions including marketing analytics, business & product development, consulting, operations, finance and investment banking. Naveen has spent most of his career with American Express. In his last role as Vice President with American Express, Naveen was leading a marketing analytics team of 100 people who were working with 20+ international markets.
Raajeev I. Aggarwal
President - North America
Raajeev plays an active role in developing TransOrg’s business in US and Canada. From 1990 to 1995, Raajeev worked as a technical and management consultant to various companies including Sun Microsystems, AT&T, IBM, Rational and Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to that, he held technical positions at Oracle Corporation and Bell Laboratories.
Education: Raajeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. He also holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Bobby Chetal
Principal - North America
Bobby has over 30 years of analytics leadership experience in the payments space, with deep knowledge in marketing, sales, and customer data analytics, along with a P&L mindset and ownership. He is known for his innovation and partnership skills. Bobby has delivered industry-first, patented AI/ML-based solutions that significantly enhanced the Customer Value Proposition, resulting in higher engagement and retention. Bobby’s strengths include collaborating with internal and external customers to solve complex business problems.

Rohit Valia
President – North America (Enterprises)
Rohit has 25+ years experienced technology pioneer thought leader successful at transforming global businesses like Fair Isaacs (FICO), IBM, Oracle, & Sun Microsystems via novel products & solutions in public cloud computing (established Network.com). Expertise spans fintech, cloud computing, AI/ML & analytics.
Holds an MBA from Santa Clara Univ, USA, an M.S. Comp. Sc. from Temple University & a Bachelors in Elec. Engg from Delhi College of Engineering
Shuchita Jain
VP – Sales & Marketing
Shuchita is a results driven business strategist and management consultant with over 18+ years’ of experience in analytics practice development and consumer banking. At TransOrg she leads India market development initiatives and supports international market leaders in delivering GTM strategy, presales consulting, analytics solutioning, business case development, RFP management and B2B marketing. In her prior role at ICICI Bank she led branch operations in consumer banking.
Education: Shuchita graduated with an MBA from Vanderbilt University, US and with an undergrad in Commerce from Delhi University.
Vishad Dubey
VP - Data Science
Vishad has 13+ years of strategy consulting experience in finance, automotive, real-estate & hospitality specializing in conceptualizing end-to-end solutions to business problems & increasing business top line by deploying advanced customer data analytics & specialized machine learning techniques.
Holds an MBA degree from IIM Kozhikode.
Manish Malik
Head of BD and Partnerships
Manish has 25+ years of experience in driving growth across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT at Airtel, Reliance Communications, Aircel, Roamware, and Kelly Services. With expertise in Business Intelligence, AI/ML, and cloud solutions, he specializes in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize costs, enhance productivity, and accelerate business transformation.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics & Business Intelligence from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Diploma in Export Management, the Future Leaders Program from Harvard Business Publishing, a Master of Management Studies (Marketing) from University of Poona, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Delhi
