The project aimed to ensure that the Power BI dashboards reflect accurate and validated data while meeting visual and functional quality standards
These 7 dashboards comprised critical airline sales metrics data about cancellations, agents, ancillary, load factor and much more. Each dashboard contained 3-4 tabs that displayed booking and flown data, with breakdowns by region, origin, destination, agent, and other relevant filters.”

Solution
We conducted focused testing between Snowflake view and the Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all layers.

- Replicated data from Navitaire (client’s e-commerce platform) to Snowflake using RaaS, orchestrated by ADF.
- Employed medallion architecture: Bronze, Silver and Gold layers with final view for reporting.
- Created 2500+ test cases for 7 dashboards covering visuals, functionality, and data.
- UAT conducted with the business team to match values against raw data, ensuring values were met within permissible error limits
